The MicroGiant Sandwich

 

Serves: 1

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices wheat bread
  • 1 tbsp hummus
  • 1/2 small avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup MicroGiants microgreens

 

Directions:

  1. Toast slices of wheat bread.
  2. Spread hummus on slices of wheat bread. Add sliced avocado, cucumber, and tomato.
  3. Add microgreens, then top with other slice of bread and serve.
