Lemon Microgeen Salad
Prep time: 10 minutes
- 3 cups MicroGiants Variety Pack Microgreens
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Lemon Slices
- Freshly grated parmesan
- Add microgreens to a large bowl.
- Combine extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and stir well. Drizzle over microgreens and mix well.
- Top salad with lemon slices and freshly grated parmesan.
