Micro Avocado Toast

  • 1 slice wheat bread
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato, sliced
  • Large handful of MicroGiants Variety Pack Microgreens
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil



  1. Toast bread.
  2. Top with sliced avocado, tomato, microgreens, salt, and pepper. Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
